I saw this comment on LI this morning: Talent is equally distributed, opportunity is not. I then saw the link below, which says it all. Calling all pro-active, equalitists out there - please work to readdress this balance - society and the business world is missing out on a huge talent pool, let alone the diversity of thought that goes with it.
